When Nogales Scott and Caliper Maxwell went to work for the Circle Slash outfit, they were almost ashamed that their boss was a girl. But Lena Lou needed a couple of quick-shooting cowpokes to stop Straub Krouch rustling all the cattle off her spread and whenever there was fighting you couldn't keep Nogales and Caliper away. The pardners let loose a mighty lot of lead, and their bullets had a habit of finding their target.
