Once again, Enigma House Press presents a collection of three novels from the award-winning Folly Beach Mystery series by best-selling author Bill Noel, with one of the novels PHANTOM cowritten by award-winning author Angelica Cruz.

MIDNIGHT
A pleasant walk along the coast thrusts retiree Chris Landrum and his friend Charles Fowler into investigating a death that police are convinced was an unfortunate accident. Their resolve to continue sticking their noses where they have no business being was strengthened when a second person dies—the second death of a member of the small crew building a beachfront home.

It takes a third mysterious death before the police become suspicious, but by then, Chris and Charles are already in over their heads, a perilous position that could add them to the list of victims unless they can catch the killer or killers.

PHANTOM: A Folly Beach Halloween Mystery
Coauthored with Angelica Cruz

Chris Landrum’s least favorite holiday was approaching, and his wish was that Halloween would slip away like a phantom disappearing into the fog. His hopes were shattered when a man walking within inches of him was gunned down. Chris learns the dead man was on Folly for a conference of psychics, mediums, witches, palm readers, and others with paranormal powers.

Was the killer one of the Folly Beach residents who didn’t approve of the fortune tellers''' visit or was it a fortune teller who had something against a colleague? Or, and more frightening, was Chris the intended victim? With the police stumped and his life possibly in danger, it was up to Chris and a few of his quirky friends to catch the killer.

CROSSFIRE

Chris Landrum answers an early morning call and the first words he hears from Charles Fowler are, ‘Called the police chief yet?’ The retiree didn’t have to be psychic to know nothing good was coming next. He learns an acquaintance has been murdered and according to the police, suspects are nowhere to be found, which, of course, leads Charles, a self-proclaimed private detective, to declare it was up to Chris and him to solve the crime.

Their challenge doubles when a second murder occurs and the only thing the victims have in common are weekly poker games. Will Chris and Charles solve the crimes before they’re added to the list of victims? They'''re betting their lives on it, and the odds are stacked against them.
