When murderous brothers, Peck and Heck Taylor, get caught in a white out, they seek refuge in the cabin of a settler family who lives about ten miles east of Waco. Out of the goodness of their hearts, the Olivers welcome the strangers in out of the snow and frigid temperatures. They even stall their horses in their barn and feed them grain and hay. Unfortunately, the killers thank them by taking their lives, all four of them.
Jubal Stone and his deputies get word of the gruesome killing and get after the killers as quickly as they can. However, blizzard conditions slow their progress. But Jubal and his deputies will not give up until the Taylors are arrested or killed.
