This is the prequel novella to the Blackridge Pack series and can be read before Book 1.A rogue alpha shows up at our pack’s gate.
And he’s not alone.
He’s carrying a terrified little girl
like he’d die before letting her go.
I should turn him away.
Instead, my wolf takes one look at him and declares:
Mine.
He’s not supposed to be my mate.
He’s not supposed to matter.
And he definitely isn’t supposed to make me want him.
Because if I claim him, I put a target on both our backs.
The alpha hunting Brennan won’t stop until he’s dead.
And if he dies, the bond takes me with him.
So he keeps his distance.
Fights the bond.
Fights me.
But the closer the danger gets,
the harder it is for him to stay away.
And when he finally gives in?
There’s no holding back.
No stopping what we’ve started.
Because in the Blackridge pack, bonds aren’t just found.
They’re claimed.
Standalone slow burn to steamy wolf shifters romance with a guaranteed HEA. Prequel to the Blackridge Pack wolf shifter series this follows Freya and Brennan. Each book follows a new couple, with interconnected characters across the series.
Genre: Paranormal Romance
