Book 3 in The Kith Trilogy, from the world of The Direction.
After devastating losses, Ethan heads north with what remains of The Kith, searching for peace and stability. The family begins to thrive in the new, uncharted lands, and hope for the future grows in Ethan’s struggling soul. He and the others begin to heal and embrace God’s path for them.
Unfortunately, Ethan’s old mantra of ‘nothing goes as planned’ becomes a reality yet again. Tragedy arises in the wild, a mysterious threat lurks in the shadows, and everything starts to unravel. He begins to doubt not just his position in The Kith, but who he can trust.
When a horror beyond imagining strikes his family, Ethan finds himself in a familiar struggle with his lethal rage.
Can Ethan trust God to pull them through yet again? Or will he decide to embrace his skills as The Hunter and give in once more to the dark desires that cry for him to exact his own vengeance?
