(The first book in the Sectors series)
A novel by

Two tough soldiers. Two clashing beliefs. One mission: Save lives while trying to restore justice in a war-torn country.
~~~
The United States is beaten into dissolution and becomes the United Sectors. Civil unrest results in martial law; the military now controls everything. Meanwhile, multiple threats continue to push their way across the borders.
Ample corruption in the governing system leaves only a handful of soldiers remaining who are willing to stand up for justice. Surrounded by immorality and traitors, they will need faith and unity to survive.
But there's a problem with that...
Staff Sergeant Wolff is a quick-tempered soldier who hates two things with a passion: religion and working with women soldiers. When he is handed a squad he never would have picked, Wolf has his mind set on breaking them down and then reshaping them to his standards.
Sergeant ‘Micks’ Mickelsen is an equally quick-tempered soldier, but with strong, faith-based principles that hold the leader’s top-notch team together like family. Micks won’t let anyone, not even Staff Sergeant Wolff, change those dynamics.
As a power struggle ensues between the two battle-hardened leaders, another power struggle on a much larger scale drags them into challenges that force them to jump into action together.
Can Wolff and Mickelsen set aside their differences and bring stability to the squad before it’s too late? Will a sudden doubt on who to trust tear the teams apart? Or is Micks’ faith and moral compass enough to keep them all together?
