While planning to elope, Mary decides to help protect an escaped convict. Even after discovering the man robbed her fiancé on his way to taker her to be married, she obstinately defends the convict, who says he is innocent. Enforcing her will, she is adamant in protecting the man, forcing her beau to help in the escape as well.
