Loyal old Smarty has retired from Manor Farm Riding School and moved to a new home with the Rooneys. But Helen and Hannah are worried the pony is being ill-treated. They spot him in a windswept shelter with no rug and little protection from the cold winter weather. Should the twins offer to lend a hand or call in the RSPCA?
