Murder in the Maze

(2025)
A Story by

The sleepy charm of Willowbrook is shattered when local philanthropist Edith Voss is discovered lifeless in the town’s botanical maze'''the grand opening ruined by dark secrets. Violet Green is instantly under the microscope; after all, she designed the maze’s unusual plant traps. Determined to clear her name, Violet calls in her siblings for backup. Tom rigs his ham radio to tap into frantic police chatter, while Daisy and Buddy sneak into a locked archive, finding a cryptic diary. Lily’s love of snacks leads her directly into a hidden tunnel beneath the maze, with plenty of hilarious mishaps (including a mash-up of cheese puffs and mud). Joe, meanwhile, listens to nervous conversations in his café, picking up vital clues.

With a lineup of suspects ranging from embittered heirs to competitive botanists and a scheming contractor, the friends face dead ends, decoy confessions, and comic mix-ups.
