The population explosion causes widespread famine. Morals degenerate increasing rates of suicide, divorce and crime. The only solution lies in brutal restiction of population growth. Euthanasia is practised on a large scale and abortion becomes legal for all. Then a new menace presents itself. The drug has been forbidden in the Communist countries. Will they now strike for global domination as the free world crumbles under the influence of the drug? Has the neurosis spread too far?
