Two Bad Bears

Every year the little town of Yellowtooth celebrates the New Year with a Blueberry Muffin Festival. The festival is fun for all until the year Irving and Muktuk, muffin stealers of the worst kind, show up to crash the party. The bad bears are foiled by Officer Bunny, but they show up again the next year, and the next, and the next. How will Officer Bunny keep the bears away for good?
