I Believe in You

When Lee took Ralph home she was delighted he did not succumb to the charms of her twin sister, Clare, as her other boyfriends had. But, on the night of Lee's engagement party, Ralph was seen leaving Clare's room with scratches down his face and Clare was dishevelled. Ralph disappears and when Lee, heartbroken, traces him to Montmartre, he declares that he no longer wishes to marry her for she could never be sure that he did not indecently assault her sister that night.
