I loved this book and am loving the series. The characters are so cool. Shapeshifters, Firebirds, Sasquatch’s, Bears, large cats, they all are awesome and work together whether in human form or animal form. There is a peace treaty ready to be signed, but there are rebels that want control. They have heard about the Firebirds and the powers that they have. If they can capture one and use her for their own purposes, they can gain control. In this book, we travel with Beth, the Firebird and her husband Pala , the large feline, as they are cornered at every turn. I love how friends and family rally together to made the world safer and to carry on their traditions for generations"
