(The first book in the Riva Parkar Mystery series)
A novel by

Bohemian and dynamic guitarist Riva, naive and tipsy synth-player Timsi and tomboy drummer Trish are best friends and call their musical group 'The Gypsies'. They are all set to have a gala time at a picturesque Artist's Retreat in Giverny, plus a Treasure Hunt in Paris, a wonderful mix of inter-continental creative friends, foot-tapping musical shows and even a tad bit of romance. But soon it becomes apparent to Riva that all is not well at the Retreat. Hideous caricatures of the Residential artists, stolen items and even an attempted murder lead Riva to believe that someone is determined to create big-time mischief. When Noelle, the mistress of the Retreat asks for Riva's help to find the culprit, Riva readily accepts. Amidst the sea of friendly faces, would Riva be able to solve the mystery at Noelle's Retreat? Especially when the prime suspect has taken a special hold over her heart...
