The American Fool is Back in Paris!
(2026)(The fifth book in the What Chosie Knows series)
A Story by Richard Gid Powers
Nat 1 Publishing would like to officially proclaim that this is a book. To be more precise, this is Book Five of the What Chosie Knows series. To be even more precise, this is a direct sequel of Book Four, which was the sequel of a prequel of a sequel’s prequel (maybe?). If you want your preciseness’s preciseness to be even more precise, it’s a novella consisting of thirteen essays that somewhat link together to make what Nat 1 Publishing would hope to be a cohesive story but, f**k it, these are Chosie monologues we’re talking about.
Nat 1 Publishing would also like to officially announce that they just can’t. They’ve tried, oh lord, they’ve tried. But have you tried to rein in Chosie? He makes cats and ducks and just about anything else you can hope to line up or herd look like, well, things that are easy to line up or herd Sorry, give Nat 1 Publishing a break; look, they even had to resort to reusing the same cover art for this book. They’re having a tough time.
Nat 1 Publishing would like to officially announce that they’re going to proceed to cry in the corner.
Just read the damn book.
(P.S. Nat 1 Publishing would like to officially announce that they’ve found another Chosie manuscript that Powers has sent in. They are now booking a room at the local asylum, as the corner just won’t cut it anymore.)
Genre: General Fiction
