Footsteps On the Stairs

An icy wind blew through the room...and the boys shivered in fear! Chip and his friend had experimented with ESP - but never with the mind of a ghost! Maury, their new pal, lived in a house that was supposed to be haunted. He needed their help, so the great ghost hunt was on. Soon spooky things began to happen, flickering lights, the scent of roses, creaks and scraping sounds. Was a restless ghost getting nearer? Frozen in silence, the boys heard footsteps climbing the stairs, closer and closer. Something, or someone, was coming after them.
