Tinsel, Tikka and Trouble
(2027)(The third book in the Merry Masala Murders series)
A novel by Apeksha Rao
Maya Kapoor has had quite enough of murder since moving to the charming English village of Merrywick, and she’s determined to enjoy a murder-free Christmas.
When she agrees to run an Indian street food stall at the village Christmas fête, she’s looking forward to nothing more sinister than serving tikka and enjoying the festivities.
Then a local resident is found dead.
Thankfully, Maya’s food had nothing to do with it for a change.
When the police find nothing but dead ends, PS Fiona Trent suspects they have been looking in the wrong direction and asks Maya for help.
Maya knows she should stay out of it. She really does.
But with Christmas cheer turning sour, old grudges coming to light and a killer hiding amongst the villagers, she may have to solve one last murder before she can enjoy a peaceful Christmas in Merrywick. At least this time, her mischievous Siberian Husky Frankie is being more of a help than a hindrance.
Tinsel, Tikka and Trouble is a cozy animal mystery with a delicious culinary twist, set in a small English village full of secrets. It is the third book in The Merry Masala Murders series. For fans of M.C. Beaton and Fiona Leitch.
Genre: Cozy Mystery
