The Pastor

Bryan Jackson is a common criminal serving time for drug trafficking at Broken Narrows Penitentiary. In prison, they call him
The Pastor because of his fundamentalist rants and constant biblical references when he speaks. He's spent more than a decade behind bars and is about to be transferred to a lower-security facility due to his good behavior. But during that transfer, he sees an opportunity to escape and doesn't think twice, even if it means leaving several bodies in his wake.

The fugitive then seeks help from his former comrades in the Brotherhood, a white supremacist group led by his old friend Cranston. He needs to stay ahead of the pursuing authorities and lay low until his former boss helps him start a new life. In exchange, he'll collaborate in the group's new criminal operations while pursuing his own plans for revenge.
The Pastor has Jake Butler in his crosshairs—a former New York police officer connected to a raid that went down years earlier.

Butler, unaware of his new enemy's plans, has left his law enforcement days behind. While navigating his turbulent family relationships, he also finds himself caught up in a war between mafia clans for control of Brooklyn. His only bright spot is the return of Andrew, his nephew, who's now a rising federal agent. But then he starts receiving threats from
The Pastor and has to take precautions to keep his family safe.

When brutality strikes again in the heart of the Big Apple, Butler gets pulled into a joint operation by several federal agencies investigating
The Pastor's connection to the latest violence in NYC. They'll have to give everything they've got to hunt down the killer before he makes his final move. But Butler won't be ready for the vicious showdown that The Pastor has planned for him. And then, ready or not, he'll have to fight for his life and that of his loved ones before he can save his city—a New York under siege by a vengeful mind hell-bent on revenge.
