~Based on the earlier book "AI Politics" by Don Rich, which is no longer in print.~

We can't say we weren't warned. But once the Artificial Intelligence genie gets let out of the bottle, there's no putting it back in. Or, is there? When a huge corporation's AI controlled automated writing system is hijacked by a group who wants to use it to sway the next election, Colt Toffler is determined to put a stop to it. But he'll need the help of a very attractive computer expert, Kelly Edwards, who is also very attracted to him. His personal and his business life are about to undergo some huge changes, especially if he can stop the group from auctioning off control of the AI system. If not, everything from books to blogs and other media could all be corrupted, changing the way the world sees things.

Colt will also need the help of Rikki Jenkins and her shadowy "security company" that's based on the Eastern Shore of Virginia as well as "the shop," a decrepit looking waterfront warehouse in Norfolk. It's the organization that many politicos and groups in DC turn to when they need something done, but still need their "plausible deniability" kept intact even more. And this is shaping up to be the biggest case they've ever handled, with their biggest payday. All Colt, Kelly and Rikki have to do is live long enough to get the job done, and cash the check. Which for Colt means he'll have to keep his mind on the case, and not on Kelly. Yeah, good luck with that.
