Will his dark past catch up with him?

Trying to move on from his criminal past, Kane Lister moves with his wife and two children to a new ranch. Desperately seeking the quiet family life he's always dreamed of, he tries to integrate into local life but quickly meets resistance. His new neighbours aren't keen on having an ex-rustler around, and they're not so convinced Kane's changes his ways...

But when he helps the Sheriff fight off some rustlers, including the vicious John Rankin, his neighbour Art Powley finally accepts him for who he is. But it's far from the end of Kane's troubles, and the three notorious Rankin brothers soon turn up to avenge their brother's death. Kane rides out and in the bitter, bloody showdown that ensues he nails his men and proves that he is Hard to Kill...
