A man just released from prison drew 15,000 of his own money, went for a walk over Bodmin Moor and disappeared. His body was later found in a lonely hut, but there was no trace of the 15,000. In various parts of the country violent death came to three men and a woman. It took Dr. Manson, Supt. Jones and Detective Chief Inspector Kenway many weeks to link the murders together and reach a conclusion.
