A collection of Sir Herbert Read's poems. They range in time from "Eclogues" (1919) to "Moon's Farm" (1955) and also include "New Poems", dating from 1965, "Vocal Avowals" and Read's essay, "What is a Poem?". The poems are printed in groups according to the date of their composition.
