January 1st, 1776. The New Year dawns crimson across the Thirteen Colonies of North America. Norfolk is burning. The British have launched their invasion of the Colonies, seeking to force the rebels to surrender.
Martin, Tom, and John Whitaker are three patriotic cousins who escaped the slaughter with the aide of their family's old but trusty triceratops. With a wagon full of stolen supplies, including an old cannon, they seek out George Washington and the Continental Army in order to join up and take revenge on the British.
The road to revolution will be long and hard. Supplies will run low. The British troops field ferocious raptors and therapods hungry for colonial flesh. And the Continental Army will suffer defeats. All while Martin desperately tries to a hide a secret from everyone, friend and foe alike. It won't be easy, but Martin and his cousins will not give up until they are free of tyranny!
