(2023)
A novel by

Bridget McGuinness was not supposed to see what she saw. She just needed to collect her computer charger she left at the coffee shop. That was all. Nothing else. Zip, Zulch. Nada. But what did she get instead? She saw the coffee shop owner slumped over the cash register, and a man holding a gun behind him. She thought she'd be empowered, or you know, fight off the man. But she freezes. Deer in headlights. When she can finally gather her wits, she sprints home and dials 911 to report the crime. Not knowing that reporting a hitman completing a sanctioned hit will put her directly into the cross hairs of the hitman himself. Even worse...put her directly into his bed...
