It all started with a wrong number.

We were never meant to be together. She wasn’t my type. I definitely wasn’t hers.

When the text came in, I thought it was a joke, but I decided to respond anyway.

She was funny.

Charming.

So very sweet and innocent.

And into some seriously messed up stuff.

I was a curious man, so I decided to give in to that darker part of my soul.

I did as the text instructed.

She screamed for me like she promised she would.

I loved it and couldn’t wait to do it again.

Until the morning came and I realized it was all just a horrible setup to make me the bad guy.

To make me suffer.

I had a bright future in football.

A nice car. A good upbringing. Popular. Respected.

But now?

Add killer to the list because I had one night that made me realize what a monster I truly am.

Catfish is a dark romance standalone set at the college level. Please know your limits. This explores the depravity of the human soul once darkness and temptation meet. This is an M/F romance.
