What if dreams were glimpses of a different life in an alternate world?

For millennia, the planet Osteal has attracted many species, each leaving their mark on the mysterious land. Humans, the newest arrivals, live peacefully on the surface after forcing the previous inhabitants underground. But beneath the tranquility lies a harsh reality for those like Syrk.

Born in a desolate subterranean wasteland, Syrk and his father are outcasts, forced to scavenge ancient technology in exchange for food from the surface. Like everyone in the waste, they suffer from a strange sleeping disease. Each night its victims succumb to a deep slumber plagued by dreams of a strange land.

Syrk retains memories from these dreams, a power he's not supposed to possess. Among the fragments, he glimpses another life in a distant world, and a curious girl at the center of everything, but the memories are fleeting.

With danger around every corner, Syrk must keep his newfound ability hidden, lest he and his father face greater peril than the wasteland itself. In a world of mystery and uncertainty, Syrk embarks on a journey to uncover the truth, risking everything for knowledge and freedom.

‘Sleep Between Worlds’ is a coming-of-age tale set in multiple enigmatic worlds with a dash of young love. For fans of alien creatures, exploration, and self-discovery.
