He built a new life in Montana to escape the spotlight. Then the woman who broke his heart walks back into his kitchen.
Years ago, executive chef Dominic Laurent had everything he thought he wanted—a rising career, international attention, and Nina Soltana by his side. Until the ambitious journalist published the story that changed both their careers and destroyed their relationship.
Now Dominic has traded celebrity kitchens for Ember Summit, an exclusive Montana resort where he can focus on the food instead of the fame. But when the resort launches its first major culinary retreat, the journalist assigned to cover it is the one woman he never expected to see again.
Nina has never regretted pursuing the story that launched her career. She does regret losing Dominic. Forced to work together for the first time in years, old arguments quickly give way to familiar chemistry—and the realization that neither of them has completely moved on.
But as Ember Summit attracts national attention, Nina is offered the one assignment that could threaten everything they're rebuilding: a profile of the celebrated chef who disappeared from the spotlight.
This time, Dominic and Nina will have to decide whether ambition and love can coexist—or whether some wounds are too deep for a second chance.
Montana Temptation is a second-chance contemporary Western romance featuring enemies-to-lovers tension, a French celebrity chef, an ambitious travel journalist, forced professional proximity, and an exclusive Montana resort where falling in love again might be the biggest risk of all.
