Joel is an outcast, suffering from leprosy and rejected by society. Then he meets the charismatic Pat and his tribe he calls the Fellowship. Joel finally feels part of something. But a revealing friendship with Maria shows Joel that the Fellowship and Pat have something terrible to hide.
