Her Part of the House

Artist Jonny won a prize which gave him freee art tuition in Italy for a year, but he had to have a wife. On a common sense basis only, he asked Emma to marry him, not guessing that she loved him to distraction. Emma agreed, insisting that they both have their own parts of the house when they married, but hoping that in that year he would come to love her too.
