Lucas Remey is afraid of heights. Naturally, the apocalypse gives him air magic.

For years, Lucas has managed safety at his uncle’s bungee-jumping business, which is an unfortunate career choice for a man whose relationship with gravity is mostly suspicion and quiet panic. He checks the ropes. He checks the clips. He checks the waivers.

He does not jump.

Then the sky breaks open, a mysterious System announces Earth’s forced integration into magic, and Lucas gets thrown off the platform.

Seconds before becoming part of Lake Halewick in a very permanent way, Lucas accepts an impossible class: Skyborn Aeromancer. Now he can control air, step on pressure, throw monsters around with invisible force, and discover that surviving a fall is only the beginning.

Monsters are crawling out of the woods. Safe zones are forming. Human factions are already making dangerous moves. His uncle is missing. His body has the durability of wet cardboard. And every time Lucas puts more points into Intelligence, the System politely reminds him that being very good at magic does not make ribs optional.

Armed with sarcasm, panic, tactical air magic, and a build strategy that common sense would like to discuss with him, Lucas has to protect a growing camp of survivors, master abilities that did not come with instructions, and stay alive long enough to find the only family he has left.

The world ended.

Gravity is still a problem.

And Lucas Remey has complaints.

An Aeromancer’s Path of the Skyborn is a fast-paced LitRPG apocalypse adventure featuring tactical air magic, evolving classes, deadly monsters, found family, questionable stat allocation, and a reluctant hero whose worst fear becomes everyone else’s best chance.
