Jalen Sermont had no grand ambitions.
He worked warehouse inventory, avoided emotional risk like it was contagious, and was doing a pretty solid job of disappearing into his own life.
Then he died.
Now he’s stuck in Edrath, a fantasy death world where monsters have levels, power is everything, and the System apparently assumes that if you’re confused, terrified, and underqualified, you’ll figure it out eventually.
Jalen arrives with no class, no allies, and no helpful explanation for why everything wants to kill him.
What he does get is a completely unhinged build.
Instead of strength, defense, or anything remotely sensible, Jalen develops a Rift-born combat sense and telekinetic abilities that let him read movement, pressure, and trajectory, find the one opening that can end a fight, and make sure the blade lands there. He can stall attacks, redirect motion, guide weapons, and turn precision into something brutally lethal.
So naturally, he makes the worst reasonable decision possible:
He goes all in on Crit.
No tankiness. No margin for error. No backup plan worth mentioning. Just a glass-cannon assassin build built around perfect timing, telekinetic control, and killing things before they can return the favor.
And somehow, it works.
At least until Jalen stops fighting monsters that charge straight at him and starts dealing with slavers, killers, and powerful enemies who learn, adapt, and realize that the weird new guy with the flying knives is becoming a serious problem.
To survive, Jalen will have to master a power set the System barely understands, push a broken build to its limit, and prove that raw power isn’t everything.
Sometimes the deadliest thing on the battlefield is the man who knows exactly where to strikeand can make the blade land there.
I Went All In on Crit is a fast-paced Progression LitRPG Adventure featuring brutal tactical combat, meaningful progression, telekinetic powers, smart ability synergy, deadly monsters, assassin-style combat, and an underdog MC who survives by making every hit count.
If you like glass-cannon builds, precision-based combat, telekinetic weapons, solo progression, and high-risk power systems, this one’s for you.
