Christmas time is always hard on me. Between the office parties, seasonal allergies, and the total lack of family, it isn’t exactly the merriest season.
And it’s about to get worse.
Now, in the clutches of the notorious trickster Loki, I find myself held against my will in Asgard, a mere prize for his ancient Yule festivities. Festivities that take place in the dark of night.
But something else awaits me in Asgard. Something bigger than Loki: his handsome brothers, and the rest of the gods combined. Ancient prophecies and old grudges threaten to tear us apart, but a new threat rises to destroy us all.
Can I keep my own heart intact? Will I survive the dark world I’ve been thrust into?
Or will it be Loki who shatters me… inside and out?
