All I Want for Christmas Is a Promotion - A Witty Winter Holiday Office Rom-Com about Ambition, Second Chances, and Falling in Love Between Deadlines
When corporate goals meet mistletoe, the heart has other deadlines.
Emma Vale has one goal this holiday season: earn her long-overdue promotion and finally prove she belongs at Harper & Vale Marketing. No distractions. No emotions. Just the perfect pitch deck and a peppermint latte on repeat.
Enter Nick Rowan — the charming new creative director who’s as infuriating as he is irresistible. He laughs through her checklists, challenges her control, and somehow makes Christmas in the office feel… magical.
But when a blizzard traps the team in the Manhattan office and their viral holiday campaign sparks overnight fame, Emma’s world tilts. As career ambitions collide with unexpected chemistry, she’ll have to choose between the safety of success and the risk of something real.
Full of sharp banter, cozy snow-day scenes, and the slow burn of rivals-to-romance, All I Want for Christmas Is a Promotion is a heart-warming romantic comedy about ambition, authenticity, and learning that love can’t be scheduled — even in Q4.
