When did this part of my story start? Maybe it was when I agreed to a date with Jack, or it could have been the time that I waited for him to show, but never did. Most likely, it was Julianne Marks helping herself to the empty chair at my table while I sat in humiliation at being rejected by my date.
I guess it doesn't really matter when the turning point was because my life will never be the same.
Julianne offered me a chance to travel. To spend time with men who wouldn't hurt me, and treat me like a princess. The catch? I would be paid for my time.
