Albert Simon has been writing most of his life, creating and illustrating his first book in his native Dutch at the age of seven. His success with the Henry Wright Mysteries continue to win praises from his readers. Simon's short essays have been published in the local newspapers, and he has written a number of short stories.He is a member of the California Writers Club and was a frequent reader at Open Mic Night hosted by the Peninsula Chapter. He is involved with the founding of a Mother Lode branch of the CWC.Albert and his wife have four daughters and live in the Sierra Nevada foothills. When not researching new stories in Palm Springs they can be found enjoying the company of their miniature dachshunds.
