What began as a normal night ends with Ames shifted and in a great battle with another bear, fighting for the life of his forever mate. Ames saves him, but the road ahead is far from smooth. Danger is everywhere, and his mate is far from healed. Can Ames keep Liam alive long enough to win his heart and his trust?
