Deadly conflict stalks Gentry and Canna. Baby dragons are kidnapped. Their angry father sabotages a dam. A vengeful sheep thief plots murder against Gentry and Canna. Can the girl and her dragon find the who, where, and why of it all before disaster strikes?

After Gentry exposes a local sheep thief to her whole village, the thief vows revenge on the girl. Gentry and Canna are sent far away to Great Aunt Rell’s for protection.

But danger is everywhere. A local trader has stolen two ‘younglings’ —baby dragons—trapped their mother, and forced their father to slave for him to get them back. In retaliation, the hate-filled dragon weakens the dam that overlooks Aunt Rell’s village. Then the thief arrives with his plot to get rid of Gentry and Canna once and for all.
Girl and dragon must find the younglings, return them to their parents, stop the dam from flooding the town, all while escaping the thief’s plans. It’s a race for life that only the Master of Heaven and Earth can untangle. But how?

Join Gentry and Canna in their latest adventure:
