Hanna discovers the Raptor Virus, a bug that is in an array of control chips planted in telecommunication switches and routers throughout the world. The Chinese decide Hanna is getting too close, and they set her up. Knowing that they are being pursued, Hanna and Russell travel to Big Bend, but the Chinese are stalking them. The chase is on as the CIA tries to protect Hanna and her family from the sinister forces behind the Raptor Virus.
