Canal Michaelson was desperate.
That sounded bad but it was true.
He watched all of his brothers find the women they would spend the rest of their lives with. The women they would have children with and he was lonelier than ever.
There didn’t seem to be a woman for Canal anywhere. Not on online dating sites, not at speed dating, not at book clubs at the local library.
He tried, he really did but not a single woman he met was right for him.
Canal was about to give up when a bump against the hull of his boat brought his dream.
