Joshua's Warrior

This is the story of Joshua, the military genius of the Bible, who leads the Children of Israel to a brilliant conquest of the Promised Land. Joshua's story is told through the eyes of his young aide Othniel. This is also Othniel's story, as he becomes a legendary hero of Israel and gains a reputation as an accomplished spear fighter. Later, he becomes a spy in the enemy city of Hazor, where his disguise as a mute bodyguard in a brothel serves him well until Joshua finally invades the north and conquers Hazor. When he returns home, wounded and depressed, he is nursed back to health by his childhood sweetheart.
