Her ex is the best man.
His older brother is the NHL star she was never supposed to want.
And a Christmas blizzard is about to make everything very, very messy.
Tessa agreed to be maid of honor in her best friend’s Christmas wedding for one reason: she loves her best friend more than she hates being stuck with the ex who spent years promising her a future—until it was time to actually choose one.
Now he’s in the wedding party with his perfect new girlfriend, and Tessa has one job: make it through the weekend without letting him see how much their breakup still bothers her.
She can handle the forced smiles. The couples’ photos. The awkward speeches.
What she can’t handle is Beckett Callahan.
Her ex’s older brother is back from the NHL, colder, broader, and just as impossible to ignore as ever. Beckett has always kept his distance, even when Tessa caught him looking at her like he had something to say.
Then a blizzard traps the entire wedding party at the resort.
With the roads closed and Christmas only days away, Tessa keeps finding herself alone with the one man she should avoid. The one man who knows exactly what her ex took for granted. The one man who has spent years denying that he wants her.
Beckett stayed away for his brother.
But now that his brother has let her go, he’s done pretending Tessa was never meant to be his.
A spicy, standalone holiday hockey novella featuring her ex’s older brother, a possessive NHL star, forced proximity, wedding chaos, and a Christmas blizzard that changes everything.
Genre: Romance
