He's used to women falling at his feet. This stubborn witness has him chasing instead.
Thanatos:
I'm Steelwood's fixer. When there's a mess to clean up, a body to make disappear, or a problem that needs handling, they call me.
So when I find a beautiful woman hiding at the scene of a rival club's murder, I know exactly what I'm supposed to do with her.
Fortunately for this witness, I’ve got a weakness for pretty faces. I do something different.
I take Camille with me.
Her brother was supposed to give the club information, and she has what we need. My job now is to keep her safe.
She's sweet. She's stubborn. She's entirely too tempting. Shame she wants nothing to do with me.
I’ve made a career out of being good with my hands. Now I’m hoping Camille will let me show her just how many ways that can be useful.
Camille:
My brother is dead, and I know who killed him.
Now I have one chance to make sure he gets justice.
The only problem is Thanatos.
Unfortunately, getting answers is a lot harder when the man protecting me is distractingly handsome, dangerously charming, and determined to make me forget why I'm here.
Thanatos says keeping me alive is his job.
I'm starting to think distracting me might be his favorite part.
Steelwood MC - Meadow Falls features darker themes throughout. Each book can be read in any order, and all conclude with a happily ever after guarantee!
