Eliza Wellhart’s been working hard to get her humble home in shape before her snooty relations arrive for an early Thanksgiving. Bad enough the company’s arriving on Friday the 13th. Now her husband, Henry, has failed in the one task she set him, procuring a turkey. Sure, he’s brought one home, but it’s still alive and looks like it escaped from Hades.
When Henry botches the butcher job, the turkey goes on a rampage, seeking revenge. As it terrorizes the household, including the newly-arrived relations, Eliza has to ask herself a few questions. Why did she marry Henry in the first place? Had she been crazy, inviting these uber-critical people for the holiday? And will the foul fowl be the only one left alive by Thanksgiving?
