A Rana. A killer that did her job without question or failure.
The killing never bothered her….it was everything else that caused her to fight back. Rejecting the very reason she was born irritated her creators, not to mention the hours and money spent to train her.
She’d apologize but, she wasn’t sorry. In fact, she was ready to take the whole society down if she could. Not that she didn’t try, which was why she was locked in a travel pod, bound for a laboratory that was going to insert a coercion chip.
Heaven help the poor fool that owned the lab, because she was going to get free, and when she did.... she was taking everyone down.
