Echoes of Yesterday

Starts with a flashback to world War 1 with Boots in the trenches. During a liaison with a young French widow he has a daughter. The book returns to the present day when Boots's old flame Polly discovers the existence of Boots's daughter. This is another in the Adams family of Walworth series.
