When a fall hunting party of Oglala Sioux slaughtered his survey crew and shot his horse out from under him, Calvary Lieutenant Lew Duffy was in a bad way. The fierce Oglala had not become the most powerful tribe on the plains by sparing captives. But then a young brave named Fox Dancer came up with a startling proposal.
