Son of Thomas

A sequel to "The Sisters" and "Thomas". Thomas Cartwright and his lovely but selfish wife return from Army life in India with their sickly child, whom it is arranged will be reared by his grandmother. Thomas still expects him to follow a military career, but the boy develops his own ideas.
