Enlightened Mate

Sena has been running for most of her life. The part that worries her is that she’s not sure why, but when you’re marked for death, you do whatever is necessary to stay one step ahead of those pursuing you. So when she’s sure that death has caught up with her, she takes a word of advice and calls a phone number that promises her a mate. She doesn’t need a man, but if he can keep her alive another day, it’s worth it.

Taylak has been in cryo for centuries with a do not resuscitate tag on him. So when the phone call comes in for a mate, the twins ignore everything they know and the fact that he could be a danger to the earth and wake him.
When he wakes, he finds out that the earth is in the last inning of a long game and losing. Then he’s told he has a mate. So he should go love her before the final bell rings.
