After becoming a teenage mother, Brooklyn Santos held back her thoughts on being a failure to her parents and even from her siblings, whom, she was close to. Not to mention, the father of her daughter tried killing her as he held her hostage due to Brooklyn declining on rekindling their flame once she learned he cheated with her former friend. As if having a baby by an abuser wasn’t enough, Brooklyn found herself pregnant yet again by a close family friend, Styles when he moved in with her family after the loss of his mother and father. Things were a little different for the young parents, since Brooklyn’s family embraced their relationship.
Now as a young-adult, Brooklyn found herself faced with the decision of supporting Styles when he left her, her daughter, Harli and their son, Lil Styles in Miami to fulfil a promise to his parents on going to college. Styles had a full-ride to the University of Michigan and was still building his rap career. Unfortunately, after his first two-years at the university, Brooklyn’s morals and values of sticking together as a family had her making the decision to join Styles during his junior year of college. With all intentions of leaving the life she was used to in Miami to support Styles last two years at U of M, Brook packed up her and the kids with much disagreement from her family and relocated to Michigan. The last thanks she thought she would’ve gotten from Styles was his double-life being exposed and having her questioning whether or not she made the right decision?
