You Should've Known Better 3
(2024)(The third book in the You Should've Known Better series)
A novel by Shaytrece
After a late-night flight to Piedmont to help Lea escape from her friends, Qwes contemplated what would come from the situation for more reasons than one. First off, after learning Lea’s friends turned on her and sent threats to Leo, Qwes feared more would happen now that Lea was free, and the friends still had her son. Qwes also question what Leo would feel or do knowing she went behind his back to help Lea. Will Leo appreciate Qwes' loyalty to him and his family? Or will her choice have Qwes feeling she should’ve known better than to step in to help Lea when her husband made it clear he didn’t want her dealing with any of Lea’s mess?
In the mean-time, while serving time behind bars on charges of murder, Tisa received a letter that threw her for a loop. Although with the help of Max Tisa beat her murder charge, she walked out of jail not only still being harassed by Lea’s friends about Felix, but she also received frequent calls and text messages from his connection’s wife about a night Felix convinced her to have for his benefit, yet he still refused to take knowledge of her daughters. Unfortunately, Felix’s thoughts to put a rumor out in the streets that Tisa was pregnant by his connection, Nazzi rather than him caused Tisa to face new conflicts. After vowing to stick to her path of peace, Tisa reluctantly gave into the harassment of taking a DNA test for the sake of Nazzi’s wife leaving her alone since she swore to them both, Felix was her daughters’ father. Will Tisa finally get the peace she yearned for? Or will all her new conflicts be justified once she and Nazzi’s DNA results are in?
